Tax Exemption

Sales tax only applies to Illinois, Iowa Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin purchases. State and County sales tax will be added to your order as applicable. To claim IN, MI, OH, or WI sales tax exemption complete the exemption certificate (links below) and mail to: 1240 Green Valley Rd, Beaver Dam WI 53916, fax to 920.885.8916, or email it to sarahr@animart.com. All other state sales tax is not charged, it is your responsibility to claim your purchases.
