  • Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00 am to noon Central Standard Time.
  • After hours orders may be placed on voice-mail, faxed, emailed or placed on-line (see above)

International Services

  • For international orders and inquiries, contact Liz Purvis, International Accounts Manager at 920.319.4333.
  • Shipping and freight charges apply to all orders at time of sale. Taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer after shipment.
  • Convenient delivery options available in small parcels, pallet and containers shipping via US mail, FedEx, UPS and freight companies.

  • Once approved, small orders can be shipped the same day; Pallets between 3-5 business days; Containers 3-4 weeks depending on the products requested.

  • Product shipped from ANIMART via carrier selected by client
  • We label and provide all forms, tracking numbers, packing slips and documentation required.

  • With our strong relationship with hundreds of manufacturers, we are able to offer you a variety of products from one convenient source through ANIMART, including items not listed in our catalog or on our website.

Shipping

  • Fast Same Day Shipping: On most orders placed before 4:00 pm (CST) Monday-Friday
  • FREE! ANIMART offers FREE Ground Shipping on most items, including vaccines, if your order is over $150 for  Zone 1 deliveries or over $250 for  Zones 2-7 deliveries. A $8.00 shipping/handling fee will be added to orders below the $150/$250 minimum. Zone Chart
  • FREIGHT CHARGES will be added for all FOB and Special Order items based on their total weight and your zip code. For air or truck delivery rates, please call 1.800.255.1181 for freight quotes. The COD charge is $10.50. HAZARDOUS fee is $25.00. All aerosols and most hazardous items 1 gallon and less can be sent GROUND ONLY with no additional Hazardous fee. Refrigerated Product handling

  • A $4.00 cooler charge will be added on all orders requiring a cooler box and ice packs. ANIMART offers FREE ground shipping of vaccines with orders meeting the $150/$250 minimum. For an added fee, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select delivery is available. Refrigeration products are packed dependent on the weather to prevent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. During summer months, products are packed with frozen ice packs and will not be shipped over a weekend or holidays. It is normal for the ice packs to be melted and even warm on arrival. The ice packs have protected the product during shipment. Refrigerate the product immediately upon receipt. Be sure to specify when ordering how you would like your refrigerated product shipped. Vaccines are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax only applies to Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin purchases. State and County sales tax will be added to your order as applicable. To claim IN, MI, OH, or WI sales tax exemption complete the exemption certificate (links below) and mail to: 1240 Green Valley Rd, Beaver Dam WI 53916, fax to 920.885.8916, or email it to sarahr@animart.com. All other state sales tax is not charged, it is your responsibility to claim your purchases.

Damages, Shortages, Returns

  • Report all claims, shortages or damages immediately to our returns department at 1.855.254.6600 x2243. Keep damaged product in the original shipping carton for inspection by the carrier. Non-returnable items include vaccines, refrigerated items, special orders and hazardous materials
