The Client Services Department at ANIMART is dedicated to providing our producer partners with top notch service. Our team has the knowledge and skill to respond to the needs of our clients quickly and accurately. We possess real world agriculture experience and have completed extensive training, but we are always working to increase our level of expertise and improve our level of service. We strive to be the best.
Ed Salettel - Client Services Manager
Ed came aboard in November 2009. Ed possesses extensive client service management and employee development skills. He also has business experience from outside the animal health and agriculture industry which gives ANIMART a unique perspective on how to conduct business and develop a great team.
Amanda Kunde - Client Services Representative
Amanda joined the ANIMART team in September of 2011. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and a minor in Spanish. Amanda brings strong customer service skills along with her ability to speak Spanish and knowledge of the agriculture industry due to her experience showing dairy cattle and being active in 4-H and FFA.
Gina Berger - Client Service Representative
Gina joined the ANIMART team in April of 2007. She currently works part-time on a 150-cow dairy and 45-cow dairy. Gina also has a small herd of registered dairy goats. She graduated from Moraine Park Technical College Animal Science course, UW-Madison Farm and Industry Short Course and she is currently attending Lake Shore Technical College Farm Business and Production Management program to better serve her clients.
Jennifer Ackerman - Client Service Representative
Jennifer is a recent addition to the ANIMART team, joining us in January 2012. She is a graduate from Michigan State University where she earned a degree in animal science with an emphasis in dairy science and a specialization in agribusiness. Jennifer joined us with about 5 years of experience working as a Calf and Heifer manager on several large dairies ranging from 600 to 5,000 cows, bringing with her real-world experience of producer needs coupled with her thorough understanding of calf and heifer rearing, vaccination and health protocols and dairy herd management.
Kori Bohonek - Client Service Representative
Kori joined the ANIMART team in August 2005. She brings her Spanish speaking skills, past experience living on a beef, swine and sheep farm, and love of animals to the team. Kori has attended past dairy and livestock events to help translate for clients and other industry enthusiasts.
Maura Wieners - Client Service Representative
Maura came aboard the ANIMART team in January 2012 as a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. Her degree in animal science along with her background raising beef and sheep, previous work experience as an intern for Pfizer Animal Health and at UW-Arlington Sheep Research Station provides her with a practical understanding of animal health and producer's needs.
Renee Sternhagen - Client Service Representative
Renee became a part of the ANIMART team in July 2011. She attended the University of Wisconsin- Platteville, graduating in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in animal science with an emphasis in meat animal and livestock. During college she worked at UW-Platteville’s Pioneer Farm with dairy, swine and bull testing as well as a local feedlot operation to expand her knowledge of the agricultural industry. Her diverse agriculture experiences and passion for helping producers make her a valuable addition to ANIMART.
Tim Vande Zande - Client Service Representative
Tim became a part of the ANIMART team in August 2008. He currently lives and works on his family’s dairy farm and has been involved in agriculture his entire life. He enjoys his job because he is able to relate to clients and provide them with solutions to meet their needs.
