ANIMART believes that all producers should maintain their Veterinary-Client-Patient relationship with their regular Herd health veterinarian; which in return means your Veterinarians cooperation on being willing to freely write out prescriptions as requested by you, the producer to any animal health pharmacy of your choice. 

ANIMART strongly recommends working with your veterinarian first to see if they are willing to complete the prescription process for you. 

If they are, please have your veterinarian fill out a Prescription Form. 

If your veterinarian is unwilling to write out prescriptions please feel free to fill out a Prescription Inquiry Form to be reviewed by our Technical Service Team. ANIMART’s veterinary team can help you build this approach by creating a Dairy Best Practices Plan.
